Multi-storey houses with a mix of residential/commercial use in 4 floors including partial basement. The top floor is planned as a penthouse construction with light cladding, considering adapting the height and visual appearance of the houses on land plots adjacent to surroundings. Buildings consist of 2 room apartments with 90m2, and 3 room apartments with 115m2. For aesthetic consideration between windows is placed light weight cladding. Each apartments have its own balcony with wooden fence for privacy. Buildings are fully supplied with modern installation like: mechanical ventilation with heat exchanger, floor heating, solar cells and solar panels.  The project is totally comply with applicable rules and regulations from Building Regulation 2015.
